About Hammersmith Structures

Hammersmith Structures is comprised of Chandler Souther and Jordan Berger. HS was founded by Chandler and Jordan in the Spring of 2005, with the vision of bringing great design to the main stream. HS is located in Windsor, Colorado and has projects throughout Northern Colorado. HS formed to provide a professional efficient and customer friendly approach to building.

Chandler Souther currently lives in Windsor, Colorado with his dog Hauns. Originally from Farmington, New Mexico, Chandler moved to Colorado on a football scholarship to play for the University of Northern Colorado. He played varsity football for 3 years until being forced out by a sports related injury. Chandler graduated with a bachelor degree in Business Management and attended Colorado State University for a formal Construction Management education. After graduation, he took a job with Wheeler Commercial to learn the facets of commercial real estate. While working in this field, Chandler developed an interest for building and decided to take a position as a supervisor with a local builder. Being an entrepreneur, it did not take too long before he was looking for an opportunity to start a building company of his own.


Jordan lives in Severance, CO with his wife Kara. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado were he graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor degree in Finance. Upon graduation Jordan worked as a Personal Financial Representative with a national bank. There Jordan learned invaluable information in all of the facets of lending, most importantly in residential lending. Having the entrepreneurial spirit within, Jordan seized the opportunity to follow his family's legacy into the construction field. Jordan has been around construction for most of his life. His father James owns an electrical contracting company in Jordan's hometown Gering, Nebraska where Jordan learned first hand the many facets of homebuilding. Jordan's older brother, Josh, designs all of Hammersmith's Projects.
