In our experience we have found that the best results stem from looking at our clients' lifestyle when designing their home. Using an extensive interview and brainstorming process as a starting point we can zero in on our client's desires. Although the interview process is the first step, the brainstorming never stops; in fact, we have found that as the custom home develops we continually tweak the floor plan and elevation to make sure we build the exact home you want. In order to fine tune a custom home from inception through construction, we have an architect that is patient with the custom home process and the ever evolving design. Using an architect that works exclusively on Hammersmith Structure's homes has been our biggest advantage and the main reason our clients end up with the home they want and not just settling with something that is close. Working as a team (Client, Hammersmith, and Architect)we are able to efficiently create/design a home with the budget in mind. Using 3-D modeling software, we allow our clients to virtually "walk" the home before construction starts, to visually approve the floor plan.

In addition, our architect also has an extensive background in interior design and provides our clients with assistance on the fit and finish of their dream home. Starting with a basic color palate, you methodically select colors and materials to ensure the interior of the home compliments your perfected floor plan. Using the same 3-D modeling software, we are able to plug in your selections for a realistic take on the finished product.
